Worse yet, it's not simply the thought of death in the abstract, but the thought of what you'll actually miss, what you might not be here to share with your loved ones. Chilling. And yet, I can imagine it would leave a person with a little square of contentment and peace in the back of their mind, with the thought that your memory will be present for that even if by chance your body is not.Adam M.
