Different days. I can honestly say I felt safer back then than how I feel about neighborhoods today.

Well, I guess you're lucky, Maria. You no longer live in a 'neighbourhood' as such : ) and we live in an exceptionally nice one. The said thing is though, the neighbour we grew up in in Liverpool has changed for the worse. I'll post some more pictures next week on ghosts of things past.

I watched my grandkids growing up with so many restrictions and thought about my childhood and even my sons'. How did we lose all that in one generation?
